What a terrible call handling system! I have rung twice this morning, and waited 10 and 20 minutes respectively, and the third time received a recorded message telling me customers are waiting more than 25 minutes due to high call volume - I thought the banks would be trying to improve their image with their customers, rather than damage it further. Also the system they use makes the piped music sound as if it is bubbling up out of a plughole!
