Very down to earth and helpful staff, that talk to you straight and help you get what you need. When we were in the process of applying for a joint account, there were a few annoying loops that we had to jump through for proof of address etc, but the staff at Natwest were really helpful in pointing us in the right direction, helping us to get it sorted as fast as possible. Highly recommended.

Absolutely rubbish service. One of lady there is always in a bad mood and never smiles. No professional ethics, no knowledge of customer service besides this should be trained on technical issues but none. Sorry for being sarcastic but you need to train your staff even who are working for quite a long time especially for customer service.
