Zero out of 5. Only used a star because you have too.
Beware, do not use the paying in machine that the staff are always trying to get you to use.
Lost £***,  doesn't take in the notes correctly, especially new notes. Very unhelpful after service. 
Lloyds Bank are a well established house hold name, an excellent Bank with excellent credibility, unfortunately this particular branch ( which is only scoring 2.3 out of 5 on reviews ) really let down such an excellent Institution. The customers deserve so much better and are on many occasions left queing like cattle. 100% disappointed. I am never using this branch again.

Just wanted to commend Donna Highfield, Personal Banking Advisor for the friendly and professional way she dealt with my wife and I when opening a joint account. A credit to the branch.
