Filled out all my forms correctly - yet the bank could not clear me with security access because their system input an old address from 15 years ago for me..! So in order to get anywhere 6 weeks later I had to lie to clear security - of which I told them I was lying and they could not use any common sense as to where to go with me. Monkey see Monkey do attitude. Run by ticking boxes, nothing personal or human about this branch.

Horrendous place - Went in to change an old £10 note, ushered out of the queue because "We Dont Do That Here with NON Customers". Went across to NatWest (Of which I am a NON Customer) - No Problems, No questions, common sense applied by obviously a more mature bank.
