Hmm, not great service, long queue, only to put in a room with a phone, only to be transferred three times, 45mins later, still none the wiser. Great customer service! Not!

Staff friendly but an one hour wait to see an advisor is not justifiable. I would maybe understand on a Saturday but midweek it's not acceptable.
