This Chelmsford (01245) number does not connect you with the branch but takes you to a national switchboard. Still trying to discover the direct line number so I can speak to my account manager. Meanwhile I have to listen to crap music while waiting to speak to someone I have never met about my personal finances.

Will not accept payments after 3.30 pm. Only RBS branch in the UKI have found like it
