I bought a cheap bicycle from here and the service I received from the staff was AMAZING considering I was only interested in one thing. They were very kind and actually let me give it a test ride which was very surprising. They didn’t bombard me and try to get me to buy anything I didn’t want. Super friendly, great prices and good guarantees. What more could you ask for!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, unhelpful staff. I purchased some speakers based on a member of staff saying I could return for a no quibble refund within 7 days. Returned speakers as they were awful and not fit for purpose only to be told that I could not have a refund, please bear in mind this was apparently the regional manager who told me about their returns policy. I had to have the shop buy them back for £5 less than I paid for them or exchange, not what the regional manager said! Steer clear of this shop at all cost unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned cash! Never had such a bad experience! Poor show cash converters! You should be ashamed of yourself!

I come in a while ago but have only just got round to doing this I had an iPhone 8plus but wanted to get the Samsung galaxy s8 plus, the boys in store really helped me out and were very good, the manager, Ryan is a really nice bloke, the guy who served me, I forgot your name but you was great to! great store great lads! if I need anything I will be back! thanks again.!
