Disliked the fact that you can't have a visa card directly if you are a foreigner. Overall it's a good bank which is known around the world. I would have stayed longer with them if only they had an easy way to upgrade the account.

No number for the Aberdeen branch all numbers are either 0845/0345/ which costs a fotune as on line for about 15 mins before you can get someone. Its terrible what's the big deal of making a phone number statimg with 01224!!!!
