Just a terrible bank. Not open on Saturdays, so you have to book time off work to go in. When you do go in, there are only two kiosks open at any time, if that. So you stand around for half an hour as the queues are often quite long, for something that takes 2 minutes to do. Just a waste of time.
Went there today, without an appointment and given help with transferring money to a new account. Two young staff, Brent and Connor I think were so polite, helpful and patient with me! Excellent customer service, well impressed.x
I went there today in Aberdeen with my dog Toots, my dad and my cousin. We were seen by Laura. Laura was very nice and patient and provided a wonderful service.
Awful service, lots of staff but no one actually knows how to help, can’t wait to move to another bank, don’t come to virgin money if you want reliable service and a app that actually works.
