Best customer service ever, Mathew always smiling and remembers your name, Chloe fantastic and efficient girl. They work tirelessly during pandemic, thank you for  keeping Aberdeen branch open, not  everything can be done online these days, and  online services will never fully replace personal touch and in person banking experience. As for Matthew I have never seen such a positive person that truly loves his job behind cash desk and it shows. And his moustache is legendary, he should be face of natwest in natwest advert on telly, next to gocompare guy.

Would have given 0 stars if possible as this branch is terrible. So infuriating its the only one we have here because its a disgrace.  Currently only open 3 days a week from 10:30-3:30 and most days they open late and close early. Some days they don't even open and theres no way to know if they are open until you arrive at the branch.  Customer services can inly email the branch to find out if they are open so until they get a reply theres literally no way if knowing because this branch picks and chooses when it wants to be open.

Awful customer service. Went in for a bank statement required as proof of address for a car rental. Was told that it is not possible and will only be provided for other purposes such as visa application etc. What sense do these people live in. Utterly double standards and very unhelpful staff!
