your site has the old phone number for Worcester branch. It just took me endless efforts to get through to a naitonal number which went via a Glasgow call centre. I am not a customer but have soon to pay in two large cheques for family members who bank with you and need to know if you will need ID as I'm not a customer. Lloyds (my bank) said large cheques can cause issues. thanks to your guy Ross in Glasgow for giving me the info I needed, as a disabled person getting into the city is hard enough without fretting about what ID stuff I will be asked to bring in as well. Please update your site.
