I have been with Handelsbanken for a long time now and they never cease to amaze me how different they are as a company. You call, you speak to someone, and that someone gets it sorted whilst you wait. Had a couple of things I needed sorting today, all taken care of in 5 minutes by Will. Top marks Handelsbanken!!!!
Received some excellent service this morning from Will in the Worcester branch, he was able to guide me through over the phone and the issue was resolved in minutes. Seeing professionals complaining about the time on hold to call centres with other banks but you never have that with Handelsbanken. Thanks Will.
Around 8 years ago I switched from one of the major high street banks to Handelsbanken for my business accounts and I couldn't be happier. They do everything they say they will, access online and via the telephone and usually it is my banking manager that answers is brilliant. There couldn't be a greater difference in terms of service from the main banks. if your not happy with where you are, you would be happy here! Thank you Robin and all the team at Worcester you are amazing!
