Awful experience!! Got texts asking me to call. called...no knowledge of who I am. shoved around fro pillar to post. loads of different numbers offered to try until you go back to the FIRST number. Wrong reference number given. more texts threatening to suspend any activity on my account.Called again...same problem...1 Hour on telephone. Wouldn't give me any way of contacting my relationship manager. Ended up in the branch...again...Shirley was most helpful....we wait!! Being a nat west customer both for business and personal for over 30 years counts for nothing. ZERO STARS FOR TELEPHONE HELP LINES IF I COULD!!!
Had a letter to go into bank for issue, was told after waiting 30min in a line that they can see there was something flagged but not able to see what it is? Staff don't care and have no knowledge or power to do anything, told me to go away and use call centre. Will not be using them again have been with them 37years. Feel extremely let down.
Really nice staff here. Great place to cash your coins in. You can pay money in to other banks. Can be a big queue.
Waiting 2 week and don’t have my card. Don’t have approved code. Strange bank.Support just say waiting more
Thank you firstly to the lovely lady who greeted me in the doorway and kindly told me to wait and that it shouldn't be too long which it wasn't then to Mandy for your patience and professionalism when I came in all in a fluster, trying to get my finances sorted. Thank you also to your colleague who helped with checking the information unfortunately I didn't catch her name I felt very welcomed and well looked after. My only critism is that the system crashed a few times for the ladies, which must be frustrating for them. Perhaps this could be looked into, not only for the staff members sanity but to also provide a better experience for the customer for future reference.
Helpful staff after a usually quite long and busy queue. The backrooms are large enough for private money discussions but the layout of the bank is not ideal as it feels a little pokey. Could do with better directing of queue members to speed up the service and more than one booth to go to at any one time
I visited the branch today and arrived at 11.15 according to the clock. As I wanted to withdraw more than 250.00 I went to the 2tdesks at the back of the bank, where only one cashier was serving despite six people before me. I went to one of the people sitting at the reception tables to ask if anyone else could help the customers, but was told no, and to use the cash machine to withdraw money - this was not an option. Eventually another cashier opened up the vacant position. When it was my turn at 11.28, the cashier didn't apologise for the delay. I requested the money and as it was a large amount he asked if I would like it in an envelope which I agreed would be a good idea. However he didn't put the cash in the stated envelope but folded an A4 size sheet of paper around the notes. This is not the service I expect from Nat West and am most disappointed with the Nat West 'experience'. If I could give this a zero star rating I would Barbara Washbourne
Very nice man helping people outside with queries. Helping people stay safe during pandemic. Had great facilities that helped me without any human contact! Would highly recommend for any banking needs with Natwest!
Used to use this bank on a weekly basis because the atm outside on the st swithins side would let you deposit cash via envelope deposit but all of a sudden they've closed that atm and the atm on the cross side doesn't let you envelope deposit, because of my working hours it is difficult to visit branch during normal hours, I've now had to switch to nationwide so I can use their atm which allows envelope deposits.
we currently experiencing longer than usual delays, your call is important to us,we will be with you as soon as we can, 10 minutes and counting!!!! All I want to do is arrange an appointment, it cant be that hard can it!!!! You need to put branch phone numbers on the website, so I can talk directly with the branch. not very customer focussed. now 12 minutes!!
