Absolutely shocking never any trolleys available when you want one. Nobody to help at self checkouts and when you do ask for someone they ignore you. And when they finally come over they grunt. Shopping somewhere else In future
Car park is poorly laid out with filthy stairwells, lifts that only go up in 2s unless you want to get in another lift. The store itself is normally well kept however there are alot of hazards on the shop floor such as pallets and cages left at the end of isles. Wide range of products across the store and can rarely not find what I'm looking for.
Excellent customer service on Saturday 27th January. My Mum was taken ill and the two ladies that helped us were lovely, Claire from the self service checkouts and Loren who was a first aider. They even walked us back to the car to make sure my Mum was OK.
MARCH 21ST 2024 Worse than ever. SEPT 28th - LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE IS LIVING IN THE BACK STAIRWELL JUDGING FROM THE BEDDING AND RUBBISH THERE. SEPT 7th 2023 - CAR PARK STAIRWELLS ARE FILTHY AND THEY SMELL LIKE SOMETHING HAS DIED IN THEM. JULY 22nd IT GETS WORSE, NOW THE FLOOR 2 DOOR GLASS IS BROKEN AND THE HANDLE IS FALLING OFF. WHY HASN'T SOMEONE FROM THE STORE RESPONDED AS THEY HAVE DONE FOR OTHER REVIEWS? DO THEY ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE REVIEWS? I have been posting on this subject for months. See photos.
This is a very pleasant Asda!nnThere is ample mome car parking. It is accessible from the City Centre.nnDisabled parking facilities and access are good.nnThe store is well stocked with s good range of groceries, clothing, items for the home and a Chemist.nnThe staff were superb. When I asked for help finding an item they took me straight to the product. They were polite and courteous.
