Was served by a young cocky arrogant man with short dark hair and a short beard. Didn’t know what to do. Never offered another member of staff to help out. Gave me a number to ring, didn’t even offer to call the number himself. Couldn’t have cared less. This guy seriously needs to learn some customer care skills.
Went to the branch three times to switch an account into my santander account, last visit i waited 1hr 30 just for a 5 min conversation saying they arent able to switch me. Giving two stars just because staff were at least nice. im using a different bank though, wasted too much time at santander!
I visited Sheffield branch on the 5thJan not sure about transferring money across to another bank A lady called Rachel was really helpful And explained how I could do it . It saved me a lot of bother and I left the bank thinking what a nice helpful lady Thankyou Rachel Best wishes B Carter
Went in this morning for an appointment. Young lady was very knowledgeable, polite and really nice. A group consisting of three autistic adults could have been distracting but not at all. Brilliant customer service, thank you
Called in branch yesterday and dealt with by Siante Scott, she was extremely helpful, proffessonal and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. She listened to our requests and actioned without any hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble. We've always had excellent service in this branch. Thankyou.
Worst branch I’ve ever been to! I bank with various different banks however it’s a disappointment that being a branch on the high street they think it’s acceptable to have only two booths for customer service enquiries to change address - Something which couldn’t be done on the App or over the phone due to it being a joint account. I waited over an hour to be seen… and having 1 staff member at a peak time on duty… An embarrassment of a branch and I hope Santander consider closing this down. If you fancy sitting on a red chair for an hour staring into eternity… Come to this branch
Staff helpful but if you need to go to the counter it can be a bit slow.
Good they gave a good rate
Usually use the cash machine when metro and virgin are shut and i need more cash for karma colas from the old shoe
Went in at approx 130pm wed 13th July .was eventually seen by a young woman who could not have been more helpful .unfortunately I did not catch her name but thank you for absolutely excellent service. My name Mr G Chatterton Abbey lane sheffield s7 0b Brilliant!! Ps so nice to actually TALK to someone instead of usual hpop jumping on the net!!
