Great bank and extremely friendly helpful staff
It clearly depends on the person serving you. Ive spoken to lovley members of staff in this establishment. However on the 28th march 2022 i was totaly fobed off and not given any help or any helpfull information. The person who did aproch me told me to go to sheffield or go online. But couldnt give me a address to contact. She wouldnt even confirm her name rate customer service skills NOT.
Locked out of my account 5 days now they keel saying someone will call you in 24 hours.
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, I noticed they were keeping an eye open to help older customers use the ATMs too.
Rude and horrible staff, worst bank with regards to customer service. An utter abomination.
