Inside branch staff very helpful..  greatlet down by fact u cant ever sort anything over the phone coz they dont answer it at all...kinda lets the service insode down spec when ur ringin to arrange an appointmet as was advised too!

Don't know how to answer a phone. Trying to check for wheelchair access. Glad this is not my actual bank as a simple failure as this reflects poorly on their company.
