Yorkshire Bank

I will start off by saying that I really want to thank Kay for all her help. I was so impressed with her expertise and the information she provided. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and you can tell she goes the extra mile for her customers. Kay's customer service was outstanding, she explained everything in great detail and didn't leave any questions unanswered. I truly felt that I was receiving the best service and all in all it was a great experience. I was recommeneded by a family member to join Yorkshire bank and i would definitely recommend not only Yorkshire Bank but also recommend Kay to my family and friends.

I have banked with Yorkshire bank for over 10 years, so when I have been in a position to buy my first home I immediately booked an appointment to see their mortgage advisor. Members of my family have taken out mortgages with Yorkshire Bank and recommended that I speak to Kaye at the Meadowhall branch. I was so impressed with Kaye, she was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and you can tell she goes way beyond the extra mile for her customers. One of the main reasons I wanted to use Yorkshire Bank is that you get to have the appointments face to face, as a first time buyer this was important to me, it made me feel that I was getting the best service possible and the experience seemed more personal. I would definitely recommend not only Yorkshire Bank but also Kaye to family and friends who are looking for mortgages. 5 stars

Don't use this bank's drop box paying in! They have somehow lost my envelope with the cash and paying in slip. The cash was deposited to cover some direct debits, the bank then didn't pay the DD and charged me £15 for each bill not paid. Will be seeking legal advice over this.

Verry help full but staff can be a bit nast and unplesent twice iv had same lady and she was unhelpfull and unplesent and had a bad attitude
