currently being investigated for fraud which i haven’t committed, won’t release my money, won’t tell me why i’m being investigated. telling me false information and when i proved it wrong they just hung up. terrible customer service and terrible bank.Will be closing the account asap and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Disgusting service from this branch. My wife had been told she has to bank at the post office because she requested assistance entering when she arrived with a sleeping child in a pushchair and was 5 months pregnant. A different time she was told she couldn't come in because of health and safety when she had both kids asleep in a pushchair
Always very helpful when I need assistance with anything and have given me confidence with my card. They don’t get annoyed or mad if you don’t know how to do something.
Went into St.Neots branch, today, notice on door informing me closed since 19th March. On web it says closes today at 5pm., Please change web information. What a waste of time. Regards Unhappy customer
I have been on the phone for 90 mins being passed phone no to phone no.trying to close a shareholder account. No one was willing to take responsibility for closing it or give me a correct phone contact. I would call that no service at all
Says on your google homepage you are open yet the branch is not! Very frustrating to to find this out after making a special visit into town to do some business banking
