I was pleasantly surprised as a new customer to be talking with a very friendly bank staff without waiting.
Happy with their online offering. Rather unusually, I was in the branch this morning, first customer through the door, after which I was completely ignored by the 6 suits standing around in there.
Some refurbishment work us underway so sone bits were looking scruffy. Watch the step in the main doorway, if you don't know it is there it could catch you out
Helpful for making my new bank account and very easy to transfer to a student account when required.
I've been with them 7+ years and so far they have been great
Friendly staff very fast and helpful
