Was last in here 6 years ago.Service and treatment was awful.Did all my banking online or by app. Currently in a tight spot and exhausted all other avenues and decided to bite the bullet and book an appointment.Expected to have my hand slapped and sent off with a "there's nothing we can do".Instead was treated with respect and understanding. Something has changed and now treated as a customer rather than a number.Feel these guys have my back rather than judging me.Will come here more often rather than dealing with a computer.

Slowest customer service possible, employ left a colleague to go for lunch with a line of 10 people waiting, with only one person left to serve. Better service given in a dog shelter.
