Nothing but positive experiences with Dr Chris Weyham over many years - never dismissive of concerns and escalates specialist appointments when reasonable to do so. His tenacity resulted in me receiving a chronic disease diagnosis, that could've ended up being too late for me had it went on undetected for years. A scan from the beacon came back clear, but he still persisted and sent me to a specialist in Vincent's, where bloods final diagnosed a rare disease, even though I was symptom free. This for me is exactly what you want on a doctor. The receptionists are very busy....not rude....just busy.
I'm a patient with Dr Paul Casey such a brilliant caring friendly doctor always does his best for me , lovely friendly staff at reception desk always so helpful and smiling ,Had a appointment with nurse called Mary so lovely made my visit very calm ,Give this medical centres 5 stars
Best Dr surgery you can be a part of. All Doctors nurses and administrative staff are so committed and hard working. Great care for all age groups. Always feel listened to and confident that medical issues will be taken seriously and nothing will be missed. My family have been patients of Dr Weyham for over 15 years and his care and attention has been exceptional. All of the family have had only positive experiences here. Thank you all very much .

Very helpful secretaries and I had an amazing Doc or that was very patient and helpful with my issues so I couldn't be happier of the experiences that I have had here. Also came back to blood tests and the nurse was super nice and made me feel as comfortable as one could be when a needle is getting under your skin
Looks like I was not the only one ripped off by this "practice". Went to GP in Dec 2017 and described symptoms. Asked for a blood test. Was told it was not necessary. Went to another GP in this clinic 2 weeks later having same symptoms and was told not to worry and wait for 2-3 months. In January I went to a doctor in a different place who took blood immediately. I now have diagnosis and directions on what to do next. I rang Centric Health clinic to share my bad experience. I was told the Manager was on a holiday and was invited to see a GP for free to discuss the matter until the Manager was back. Came in, saw my first GP. I asked why I was not sent for a blood test. Her response was "this is not the way we do it here". I was also asked to pay when leaving the clinic. Receptionist was not aware who booked me in and why this visit was meant to be free. She waived the fee after I explained why I came in. I left frustrated and rang the Manager a week after she came back from her holiday. The Manager said that she did not have a chance to go through this situation and she was very sorry this happened. She also said that her clinic is well-run. No doubts it runs as a great business, not a medical practice! To sum it up: 1. Two GPs have not established the cause of the problem, but I was charged €100 €60 + €40 for repeat visit. 2. I was going to be charged another €40 after seeing a GP for the third time even though a free appointment was offered. 3. Receptionists have no track of who makes appointments. 4. Receptionists do not leave notes like "free" on bookings. 5. Practice Manager either does not care about problems in her clinic or else her staff do not tell her about them. Shocking careless treatment by all members of clinic's team!
Had to wait 30 mins after when i was scheduled just to be in there for maybe a minute and 30 seconds. Didnt even tell me what she thought was wrong me just kicked me out after she sent a prescription to my pharmacy.
I got prescriptions from Dr. Della, I specially reminded her that I have changed to a new pharmacy, and I showed her the new pharmacy’s email. She only looked at it without written down, I knew she was going to do a mistake. So in the afternoon I called my new pharmacy whether they received my prescription, and they said they didn’t receive it. So I called the clinic receptionist said my prescription had sent to the pharmacy name which was old pharmacy, so my new pharmacist had to requested from old pharmacy, even though they got it, the Does for my medication still wrong again, so I had to call clinic receptionist to re-sent to correct does prescription again. This shouldn’t be happened, Dr. Della doesn’t responsible for what she is doing, she should just write down the email address without all these problem and effort for waste too much time on these. Never want to see Dr. Della any more. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR DR. DELLA!
Went there today for covid-19 vax. My doctor is based there . ,I am a nervous type for needle s was given a time was seen on that time . From the time I arived to the time I left . The human approach wow. I was made feel so welcome and it was handled with such care believe me I could see the friendly smiles through the masks sorry the nurse was great felt nothing she distracted me well . Thanks to all ken
Would not recommend this practice. No guarantee of seeing the same doctor. Unhelpful administration staff, can be quite rude at times. No continuity of care for my partner and an inappropriate referral to an emergency department. Complete lack of follow up from practice until I made a complaint to the manager.
