Dreadful experience in Centric health Sandyford. Had appointment booked for 8.30am and arrived at 8.20am. was not informed of any delays or emergencies when i checked in at reception desk. 9am arrived and I asked receptionist what was happening and she told me to sit in a corridor outside Doctors door and I would be called, she was abrupt and dismissive towards me. 9.15am arrived and I went out to desk again and I was then told there was a delay after waiting 45 mins. I was upset and explained to receptionist that I should have been informed of a long delay when I arrived. Funny thing was every other patient was seen on time ahead of me. I am a medical professional myself and told lady on reception that morning and she was rude, arrogant and actually didnt care. I told her I was going to contact practice manager and she replied "Off you go dear" I wouldnt recommend this clinic on that experience. Dr Tom Munroe
