My daughter is staying here temporarily. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic, but clean and functional and the place is secure. Mainly young families and single parents.Rooms: 3/5
I stayed at the hotel for a week and during that time I was greeted more than nicely by all staff. It was clean and tidy. The cleaners really took much care about their job. The non-smoking area and child-friendly atmosphere were also great bonuses. Would recommend :
Extremely clean hotel. Friendly staff, always greeted the guests with a smile. The car park had plenty of space for everyone who had a car. As a non-smoker I definitely enjoyed the non-smoking rule inside the hotel. Would recommend.
So pleased with our stay, everything is excellent and I highly recommend. The staff provided us with excellent customer service, made myself and partner feel very welcome. The hotel is in a central location, great facilities and very clean. Rooms are good better than other hostels
Excellent staff team. Wonderful customer service - exceptionally helpful, cheery and pleasant banter. The front desk girl I think her name was Dee was most helpful person. Good location near Metro into Manchester city center and motorway. the cleaners were keeping the place spotless. Very clean shared bathrooms were kept very clean. Recommend
Sandown Hotel from years is used as a emergency accommodation for the social services. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to stay there due to my landlord kicked me out. My stay There was nice and I didn’t have any problems. The only problem there is some of the residents are dirty and nasty.
Peoviding Social accommodation to people who are experiencing different types of lifestyles and is most accepting and accomodating, really anazing staff who are understanding and respectful of their Guests. Well done to all the staff and guests for being so kind to newcomers. Xx
excellent receptionists and administration. Nice luxurious bedrooms along with the laundry facilities for bedding and kitchen equipped with the electronic facilities fridges, ovens and kettles with tables and chairs.
It is amazing! So far I am enjoying it. The staff are wonderful and kind. It has everything you would need. The downside is that there are no cupboards for someone to put their clothes in. LOVE IT!
Was very hesitant when I first arrived due to our circumstances, but Dee the manager put us at ease such a lovely lady with warm wonderful soul. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy I can’t fault the staff they were all excellent.Rooms: 5/5
