Our Spanish tapas menu has been lovingly crafted by Executive Chef Anthony Flinn and delivered by Head Chef Greg Whitehead and his all singing, all dancing team of Spanish chefs. We take great pride in providing our customers with the best food and drink they can. Beyond our walls there are many other great places in Manchester. We have tried to combine their experiences, to enhance yours, at Sandinista!

Sandinista's food menu focuses on Spanish Tapas including favourites such as Pork Belly, Scallops, Ham Hock Terrine and Mussles in Beer. With a wide selection of dishes being vegetarian, vegan & gluten free. Prepared using only the freshest ingredients. Simple great tasting cuisine that reflects the culture it was born out of.

cocktails from the four corners of the globe, our top sellers being fruity, tangy twists on Mojitos, Daiquiris, Mai Tais, Margaritas and Juleps.

MUSIC

Music is Sandinista's passion and Joe Strummer is at our heart.
Inspired and named after The Clash's fourth album, Sandinista play an eclectic mix that covers rock, indie, funk, soul, reggae, 80's and more.

FREE BAR HIRE

Sandinista's basement bar, is available for private room hire seven days a week, offers a unique space suitable for any birthday, engagement, had or stag do or corporate functions to parties and private dining.
With a capacity of 100 (50 with food) and featuring a fully stocked cocktail bar, there's a range of delicious Spanish buffet menus available to suit your budget, including a GIANT Paella.
You can rub shoulders with the chefs by hosting your own private dinner and all food options can be altered to accommodate dietary requirements.

JOIN THE REVOLUTION

The revolutionary theme is influenced by the political movement in Nicaragua - The Sandinista National Liberation Front who liberated Nicaragua from an oppressive right-wing regime in 1979 to 1990.


We like the idea of helping producers in developing countries continue to be able to trade in a fair environment so buy Fairtrade products whenever they can.
We also refuse to sell any products from countries that refuse to ban whaling (Japan, Norway & Iceland)... grrrr!
