I bought my first property from Sanderson James they were really helpful and efficient the process was really smooth. I didn't have to put any effort in as they were doing all the hard work for me. I would strongly recommend them as a sales agent. The Lettings and Sales staff were very approachable. They also recommended to put the property on the market to rent. Their fee's are reasonable and very competent to manage any properties. Highly recommend.

Despite a lot of difficulty gleaning information promptly from the vendor, a few frustrations along the way (lack of/broken keys, agents conducting viewings that were not able to answer a single question), I will single out Dougie as very helpful and cooperative throughout the buying process. As a first-time buyer it was stressful enough and while I did feel a bit of pressure towards the end as though they were trying to rush me into completing before it seemed appropriate, it was hard to tell how much of that was the vendor and how much was Sanderson James. On balance, very happy with Dougie and the service that was offered.

I was looking for a property to buy and rent out. Both the sales and lettings team were fantastic in the advise they gave. Always very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sanderson James to anybody.
