Awful letting agency. Terrible communication and slow to deal with issues. They took a month to replace a broken oven and eventually only did after numerous calls and emails. Flat was freezing and damp but they never did anything other than painting over the damp. 

Would avoid this agency like the plauge.

Really bad service, I drove 3 hours to view a property as I'm relocating cities (which they were informed of) I have also offered to pay the entire tenancy upfront to help move things along easier. On the day of viewing a property with them I called to inform them that I was running 10 minutes late only to be told that they had cancelled. I received no notice of this, no text/call/email. Absolutely shocking service! I'll take my money elsewhere!

As a landlord I have tried many management companies but it always seems to end with late payments and dodgy charges. Mustafa & Co took over management and they have been superb!! Payments made on time and no hidden charges! Wonderful service!
