This company is a rip off. We payed an upfront fee to cover advertising and other costs. We were informed by the sales consultant that this contract was a 12 month sole agency and if we removed our business from sale within 12 months we would have to pay a fee of £950+vat for loss of commission. However after the 12 month period no fee would be payable. Well this is a load of lies as we are now being threatened with court action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS !!!! do not sign a contract under pressure for a good deal as there is no cooling off period.

A SCAM - DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THERE IS NO COOLING OFF PERIOD - DO NOT SIGN UP! This company is basically a SCAM. They promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing then extort huge sums of money from you. They rely on the fact that you have signed a completely unfair contract where you have agreed to pay come what may and they are obliged to deliver NOTHING in return. I got a demand for just under £10,000, 3 years after I signed up with them. They did not produce 1 interested party in all that time and sadly we lost the business 18 months after signing with them. DO YOUR RESEARCH - There are plenty of negative experiences all over the web. This company needs to be shut down - it offers nothing to the world of business it is a PARASITE through and through!

I approached RTA after expressing an interest in purchasing a business where I live. The representative I was put in contact with Adele, was amazing! Very professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. All my emails were responded to promptly, she answered all my questions and queries. Also, Adele was very good in speaking to the seller for me as well. I would recommend RTA to anyone and as I am still having contact with them I am very happy with the service I have been receiving still and also any further contact. Also, credit goes to other members of the team especially Denis for his efficiency and promptness and amazing service

Do not deal with this company. We were cold called and naively accepted a meeting with a representative who gave our business an extremely attractive valuation. We paid an up-front fee and signed the contract. And waited. And waited. We called them asking for an update, to be told there wasn't a lot of call for businesses like ours and our asking price was too high!! We had a heck of a job releasing ourselves from the 'contract' but took advise and they had no choice. They prey on people who are desperate! PS I'm still getting calls from them!

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LEGAL RIP OFF MERCHANTS..SALES AGENT HAD OVERPRICED MY BUSINESS ONLY FOR THEM TO DEMAND A LARGE PERCENTAGE. AND DID NOT EVER SELL DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE PRICE.AND THE REGISTRATION COST WAS CALCULATED HIGHER DUE TO THE HIGH PRICE.
