We’ve been very impressed with the services that Peter Anthony has provided acting as our managing agents. They have a wonderful team of people who will go out of their way to help in a variety of ways. We have a small block of shops with flats above them. Thanks to Peter Anthony the property is now fully occupied with both commercial and residential tenants. They have their own maintenance team who have done a great job in refurbishing the flats for us, and they then very quickly found suitable tenants to occupy them.  They provide us with regular statements which are both simple to understand and sufficient for our own records. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone who wants to ‘let and forget’. They are professional, approachable and always ready to respond to the range of issues which inevitably arise when renting out property to others.

I've been buying and selling property for quite a few years now and this team are simply one of the best i have come across.  Excellent communication and keeping to their promises.  Within a week of the property coming onto the market, i had several viewings.  Communication via Text/Email kept me in the loop at all times and the property was sold within a few weeks.

Gill found a buyer from her contacts within just a few days. She remained in constant touch with the buyers solicitors and pinpointed the hold ups, sometime before my solicitor had informed me  directly. This enabled a quick 6 week sale from start to completion.  Nice work. Will be using your services again.
