Good food, the battered fish and chips were very nice. Cocktails were nice, we picked very sweet ones but that's what you want went you're tired and sticky after work and need a pick me up. The "Spice Up Your Life" cocktail was sweet alcohol heaven. Pleasant staff that were patient, welcoming and friendly while not being fake or overbearing. Just the right tone. Nice interior and clean.
From the look outside it didnt seem fancy but when we went it we were taken away by the warm atmosphere. The bartender was super nice and we felt comfy. I ordered the burger which was filling but I didnt find it in worth of 16 euros. Overall was a great place to eat and drink
A friend and I came here around half 8 on a Sunday, quite empty yet took almost 15 minutes for two cocktails whilst other tables surrounding us were being served first even those who came in after we did. Almost felt discriminated against as an irish barman lacked any kind of customer service and I think this was due to our age as we would be younger than the usual crowd here. We were treated well and with a smile though by the foreign guy who took our second round of orders. I also have to say the cocktails were very nice and prepared well. I would recommend the chic shake.
I had my birthday and engagement party in Sam's and had the most wonderful night. The mezz bar was perfect for the occasion and Rebecca and the bar staff were simply amazing. We ordered Sam's platter food and it was without doubt the best bar food I've ever had. Thank you for an truly magical night!

We had one of our colleagues leaving due in Sam's and we loved it. Super friendly staff and great music. We will go back there.

Great venue! Had my hen's here. All the staff are amazing and kept checking in to see if we were okay. The music was smashing and the atmosphere is great! The platters are the nicest platters I've ever had and everyone commented the same. The only downside is that the queue and waiting time at the bar is too long as the night progresses. We were refused cocktails and were told it was too busy. Some of my friends stopped drinking because they didn't want a 15 minute wait. Another pair of hands at the bar wouldn't go a miss.
Great music, nice drinks, lovely people. you can reserve till 20.30. love it for Saturday night outs!!
