Fantastic experience here today. Food was delicious, drink was unreal and the atmosphere was amazing. Unbelievable service and incredibly kind staff. Will definitely be back!
Totally ruined a birthday. We had reserved a table for 4 and received a confirmation email which stated that if we didn’t show up our card would be fined €75 and after all the confirmations for our bottomless brunch at 2:30pm on a Sunday we land to Dublin only to see the place totally closed for the day. What type of a business makes and confirms a reservation just to close with no warning or notice whatsoever?? Absolutely backwards.
Great bottomless brunch! Good cocktails, friendly staff. If you want a place to go out to on a Friday or Saturday night it’s a completely different atmosphere - Hard to get in as it’s usually quite busy but a little noisy imo.
Granted I was there on a busy night but the bathroom really let the place down. There were bloody tampons all over the floors. Absolutely no ventilation or air conditioning in the side room where there was a music gig on, felt like there was no oxygen and that we were breathing recycled air. Not ideal in a place where people are dancing and overheating. Bar staff were lovely though no issues with staff at all.
I wish I could give this no stars! Food was awful by far the nastiest food I've ever eaten. Random bits of salmon in my huveos rancheros! Steak was practically alive! Eggs were watery. Cocktails were poisonous and few to chose from, none of which I've ever heard of! We paid and left hungry. Do not go. Waste of money and time. Staff are unhelpful. Very over priced too. Terrible experience! Wear your NASA boots, the floor is incredibly sticky and you run the risk of loosing a shoe!
Avoid at all costs Awful customer service Terrible food Misleading website. We booked 16 women to go on a hen party around 4 month ago, 2 days before we fly out , we get an email to tell us the menu had changed to Caribbean food and that the price had increased, given the large number of us, we didn’t have a choice but to attend there, as accommodating a large party at such short notice would be virtually impossible. So what we did do was attend with an open mind with the aim to enjoy ourselves. The food was average at best. Cold, unappealing and tasteless. The website is misleading. It has a heading of ‘bottomless brunch’ yet when you click on it the link, it is then changes to ‘bottomless boozer brunch’ which means you have to order some Cold, unappealing and tasteless food to qualify. To me and the rest our party, bottomless brunch includes unlimited drinks and one main. Now for the bit that has left me baffled and spoilt the afternoon for us. I complained to the manager about the food. Only to be aggressively told I am wrong and for members of staff to go and question other members of the hen party about the food, trying to catch me out. We were then told to leave the premises after our feedback.
Amazing food, super friendly staff, and not over the top prices. Atmosphere is great, with good selection of music and nice comfortable seats. Ideal place for a weekend brunch. You cannot go without ordering the Belgian waffles for dessert!
Nicest bar tenders ever especially considering it’s lowd & their busy. Such nice staff & security men do their jobs. If u need help they help.
Worst food I have ever tasted. Lighting was awful but was probably a god send I didn’t see what I tasted. Staff rude and insisted the food was nice and asked us to leave for complaining.
Had good fun here with friends and the bar tenders are super nice Got lovely drinks and the venue is very nice
