Came here yesterday nice pub in Nice area, good parking and big beer garden with small kids play area. Service was slow at the bar only one person serving and people dogs walking round your ankles while waiting to be served. Drinks are overpriced £4.50 for pint of strongbow and £3 for a small coke. Menu is limited and the Food is well overpriced for what you get I ordered beef wrap you got abit of salad and some very overseasoned chips £10! Small child's fish and chips £6 no drink with it definitely felt underwhelming! lots of better value pubs around definitely won't rush back.
Friendly pub and staff. Cosy atmosphere. Nice location. Beer garden with plenty of outdoor seating. Dog friendly with doggy treats behind the bar. Large car park too.
Came here for a going away meal after it being recommended and was disappointed. Although the starters were fine they weren’t worth the price and the service was very sub par with missing items on our mains having to be chased up. Really lovely setting for a pub but didn’t live up to expectations
Everything from start to finish about this place was brilliant. The more mature lady shall we say was so warm, welcoming and attentive! She didn't stop bless her. The food arrived quickly and hot. Would definitely recommend!
Had a lovely lunch here, many thanks to the friendly barman Rob who told me about the vegan options. I had a delicious Thai burger and seasoned chips with a pint while looking at the great view from the beer garden. Will be back!
Went for Sunday dinner,which was nice and good value for money.very friendly staff.The sticky toffee pudding was to die for, I didn't take a picture because I was to busy eating it yum.
What a lovely place. Great find. Staff were lovely and prices were good. Dog friendly and outside play space for kids. Had Sunday lunch and it was perfect in every way. Great place for a family meal. Definitely revisit.
Great place to eat. Went for a Sunday carvery with my family and the food was fantastic. Good service, reasonably priced and large portions. Top view too! Would recommend
Brilliant, we booked a table for 8 plus toddler and dog. They were really helpful, food was tasty and well-priced. Service was excellent. Welcoming pub, highly recommend.
2nd time here after a pleasant experience before, just after Christmas. Just as good, if not better. We live some distance awaySwinton but well worth the trip out. My 8 year old has eaten twice and above standard Fayre. The landlady shows common sense and has her young team in fine fettle. Keep up the good work.
