I eat from here as it’s my local. Food was good before alongside customer service. Ever since they hired the tall Bengali women the service had been horrible. She’s arrogant, feisty, talks in her language like I don’t understand, can’t take responsibility and on many occasion forgetful. Don’t know why you have hired her. Today my wife came home with a dry burger when we wanted a firey burger and the wings were still raw and pink. Smelt really bad. If you don’t want salmonella or food poison then please avoid. If I wanted raw chicken I would’ve paid a visit to a farm. Done arguing and retuning back. It’s about time I let everyone see this review. Not to forget pricey as hell.

I got myself the Devils meal £9.49 option and had a good meal. Good for an empty stomach if you didn't eat at all. That meal was equal to about 2 to 3 servings so definitely great if you want to have a small meal with your mates. Very pleased with the meal, though I do recommend that the shop manager could hire a cleaner to support maintaining the customer areas especially for busy times. Appreciate the meal. Mosh Dietary restrictions: They produce halal meals.

First experience in a Sam’s chicken, the chicken was dried up and they forgot 2 orders of fries even though I ordered in person, in the store. Called them up, they couldn’t care less. Never visiting again.Food: 1/5
Gave me a pre cooked peri peri chicken. Pulled out a dark brown precooked chicken and heated on grill. It was dry, probably done a few hours ago or from last night.....will not go here again neither recommend to anyone.
Purchased the 6 wings meal. Safe to say that none of the wings were completely done. Quite raw on the inside. A high price for undercooked wings. I'm rating it 2 stars as the fries were good
Love this food outlet. I'm in Plymouth but always visit when we are in London a few times a year. Staff always friendly and always say sorry for the wait even if it's only 10 minutes. Food always amazing with good sized portions also very clean. Will be returning again at Xmas
Fairly average hot wings and chips. Wings are a bit small and greasy but at £3.80 for 6 wings they actually gave me 8 instead of 6 as they were small and "large" fries more like a normal size compared to other shops it was good value. Not as good as Favorites Chicken further down Kilburn High Road but a good alternative if that's too far for you.
