My friend and I visited Kentish Delight during our trip to London because it’s a spot where Taylor Swift loves to get kebabs, and we were not disappointed! The prices are very affordable, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the kebabs were delicious. We even got a picture together! If we come back to London, we will definitely visit again!
Dubbed as Taylor Swift's favourite kebab restaurant in London, Kentish Delight is home to delicious kebabs and doners. They give generous amounts of vegetables on the doners. Ahmed, the shop owner, is also very nice and kind to customer. All menu are halal. However, the seating space is quite small. Definitely will be back here again!
When I ran across this Taylor Swift's favorite Halal joint in the UK, I had to visit it. It is not because I am a fan of her music or person, but usually celebrity backed restaurants are either horrible or exceptional, nothing in between. I think most of the horribleness came from the instant fame and hype and no longer care about the food and service. To me, this is a good Halal joint, nothing exceptional, not even great, just a good 'ol Halal joint with chicken and lamb doners spinning. The place is clean and tidy but greasy. The owner was not there that day. The cook made everything from scratch so it took a while for the food to come out. Now, there was no one there when we went in, and it was around 7pm on a Saturday night. But I can understand why some people would get mad on the wait if there is a line. The quickest were the doners, cut, warmed, stuffed and served. My lamb doner was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, I think the crisp came from the fact that we were the first there in a while and that meat pole has been warmed for some time and created the crisp. The flavors were on point. The onion rings and fries were just OK, soggy. My disappointment was the chicken wings, which were recommended by many. These were grilled wings, not deep fried. It took forever for the wings to come out and when they did, they shrunk to half the size and quite dry. The marinate was light with a hint of spice. There are plenty of Halal places around town, just as good or better.

Ordered small lamb doner take away £7.90 A lot of meat, loving the spicy sauce, but nothing is in the bread when I started eating the bread kinda just fell apart cause it was soaked in the sauces, no wonder there's fork in the package lol, but hey a spicy kebab is a good kebab to me
Ok I do live 50 miles away , i love kebabs and my daughter loves Taylor Swift so thought it would be a ideal stop for lunch after hitting the merch store in wembley . Wasn't expecting much and in fairness the decoration is tired and practical , but exactly the same as hundreds of other Kebab shops in London. If your expecting a posh establishment you will be disappointed Chatted to Ahmed while he was preparing our food , and what a lovely chap he is , apart from a few pictures there is nothing to entice the swifties, if it was me i would be selling friendship bracelets and t shirts ! The food was outstanding , i had a mixed kebab and my daughter had a chicken kebab with garlic mayo , and we sat down in the small seating area downstairs where the video was filmed although you wouldn't know . All in all a very pleasant experience made more special by Ahmed's friendly demina. This is not fine dinning , its a london kebab shop ... , treat Ahmend well and sure you will have a great time . Even swapped a friendship bracelet with him I am not a swifte but would return if in the area

We had a great time there, not just because of the Swiftie Bonus. The Chicken Kebap and Chicken Burger were great. The owner was super friendly and told us some amazing stories. He even posed for a selfie. We will be back when we visit London again.Food: 5/5
