We regularly photograph weddings at this amazing venue. It's a local venue and we love to come back time and again. The staff are incredibly helpful to us and more importantly, to their couples and wedding guests. Nothing is ever too much for them and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone has the perfect day. There are few better settings for a wedding in the country - for photographers like us, who love natural and beautiful settings to work in, it's perfect. The gardens offer so many different opportunities for photos. We have lots of weddings booked here for 2018 to 2020 and can't for each and every one! We would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone.

Wow wow wow and that's an understatement. We arrived for my birthday afternoon tea and were greeted in the reception area of a fantastic period mansion house (albeit quite a lot of work being undertaken) by a wonderful lady who escorted us in to a beautiful reception room with leather sofas, open fire , and out table at the far side with beautiful views of the estate. The food and drinks were out of this world, and we will definitely be back again,

Absolutely beautiful setting and the staff were really accomodating. I'm coeliac and they sorted out a gluten free version of everything that everyone else ate without any issues or second guessing. It was a really enjoyable event, I can see how perfect it is for weddings and special events. The rooms were luxurious and very comfortable. They were restored as their old fashion but with a really complimenting modern twist. Would definitely visit again!

Gorgeous surroundings & a lovely exterior. Suffers from the same problem as any 'hall' being converted to wedding venue in that there's several tiny rooms spread far out nowhere near big enough to hold everyone. (recent wedding guest)
