Brilliant doctors and staff and they have a line that you can’t cross in case it’s private . I’ve suffered depression for years and my doctor dr Monaghan has been brilliant I got my hubby to join as well very happy with the experience xxx

The doctors are excellent, compassionate and knowledgeable but the reception staff are abhorrent. Yesterday my 10 year daughter slipped at school and broke her ankle, the staff from school urged my wife to take her to see her doctor for advice (before we knew it was broken). The receptionist scoffed at the mere thought of a doctor taking a few moments to look at her ankle and simply said that if we were so worried about It, to take her to hospital. The receptionists have refused to arrange telephone appointments that my doctor has told me to ring up and arrange. Their attitude across the board is utterly disgusting.

The drs are good ita the receptionists letting this surgery down I've seen the change in them arrogant ignorant rude make u feel as if ur putting them out one in particular don't know her name young girl never smiles always growling and drawing you daggers total idiot looks as misrable as sin it's rediculous cannot fault the drs they're all lovely jist the receptionists have serious attitude problems only a few of them are nice the ones who been there for years the young ones need retrained !!!

Worst doctors ive ever had , can only think of the 1980s when i think of it. Only allowed repeat prescriptions between 11am and 12 , dark ages style
