Went to  reception regarding a presciption for a nasal spray, the young lady could not have been more helpful and organised the prescription and advised me that in future I could call the presciption help line for any future needs. This attitude and professionalism must save a lot of time for the medical staff, well done KWP.

Just phoned up to try get an appointment was told three weeks. UNBELIEVABLE what are we paying out tax for. My last doctors surgery 3 days max for appointment

Very rude and short, I was just in to register me and my daughter as I have just moved to the area and basically got thrown the papers to full out and shunted away. She was confused as to why I wanted to fill them out in the doctors surgery then I explained that I wanted an appointment for my daughter as she had a really bark like cough, she again looked at me confused and told me no. Then a few seconds later she suggested an emergency appointment and I said yeah that would be fine but before I had even finished speaking I was told to sit down and wait, so I asked very politely, how long do you think it will be because I have a plumber coming to my house and she literally just said blankly, I don't know and again she said sit and wait. I am fuming as I have just moved here and don't know anyone or where places are and it would be nice to know I'm moving to a nice place but to be short and rude with someone just looking for some advice I think is shocking, people like that should no be working in this line of work. The look on her face said it all. No smile or much expression, not even eye contact. She basically spoke to me as if I was not human, having a bad day or not, do not bring your problems to work and make others feel lesser or belittled!! 
I have given 3 stars only because the doctors were helpful, rushed but helpful :) nice to be nice ;)
