Absolutely brilliant service!  The staff are so friendly and helpful, and Mark clearly knows his stuff.  He's constantly available and always patient with any queries.  Would definitely recommend.

I am a local property developer and landlord . Had a lot of dealings with this estate agent : selling , buying and viewing properties . I have found them extremely efficient and helpful .

Do not use these people to let your house, I went with them to rent out a house in St James because of their reasonable fees , they managed to rent the house for me OK but then the trouble started, I had asked for them to install smoke detectors and service the boiler at the property, they failed to carry out my wishes and I only found out they had not done what I asked when I spoke to the tenant after moving to another letting agent after 6 months of problems. Saints also failed to pay 2 months of rent to my account which I an still chasing them for now. They refused to reply to my enquires regarding the missing rent and lack of property maintenance. when I did receive an invoice from them for their fees when they did send some rent to me after deducting their fees I noticed that they had charged VAT on top of their fees, when they had told me they were not a VAT registered business, which I double checked on their website at the time and it also said they would not charge VAT. NOT HAPPY. AVOID. SCAM!!
