Worst Ever!  These negative reviews are justified, worst I ever experienced.  I spent a month getting nowhere with them.  At first they were polite but as soon as I gave them my documents and paid the first £400 they suddenly went silent, only weeks later I was told the member of staff I was talking too was no longer working there despite being told when I called them the person was 'busy' and leave a message. And they 'lost' my passport information.  I am a full time professional and their attitude was disgusting.

After almost a month they never checked my references and lost my documents, took my money and the woman who owns it 'Sarah' started her insults.  She accused me of wasting her time and never believed I was serious taking the flat above the estate agents.  At this point I demanded my money back and only after constant demands I finally got £350 back, she said £50 was for admin which never happened.

DO NOT go with these people, the negative reviews are all true, if it was possible to give them a 0 I would have.  Sarah needs serious therapy to deal with her social problems.

(Additional:  Shortly after I put this review up, she started to demand I remove my review, I have since blocked her number.  She needs to learn you can't demand people to remove reviews because its negative).

I was a tenant with them for 7 years. I found them helpful, understanding and very easy to deal with. Sarah is approachable and professional and I have only positive things to say about the staff I dealt with. In all the time I was with them I did not experience the negativity others speak of.

Arranged to view a professional letting and was told Sarah would meet us at the gates. No one ever turned up despite us waiting half an hour. Absolutely disgusting that keyhome have wasted our time, but judging from the ratings they have received I'm glad I've avoided dealing with them!
