We used Whites Northampton to find student accommodation for university. Will helped us to find our place after speaking to us about our requirements.  Whenever we had any problems the company would immediately help us and followed through with tasks. I could not recommend a better property agent. A huge thanks to Emma’s team for your support to us and for always delivering great service and being contactable when we needed it.  Our deposit was also returned after 10 days. Best in the business!!

We rented a property managed by whites and were very impressed with the efficiency of the whole process, from signing the lease, to the inspection report to booking and managing the maintenance. Mr. Alex Houghton has been amazing as a property manager. He’s been super helpful, professional, and very responsive each and every time. As a tenant, I’d highly recommend using whites .Their systems are automated and efficient and setup to make it super easy for tenants, and if you’re lucky enough to get Alex as a property manager, you’re in the best of hands!

I got a flat through these guys, got showed around by Alex, was exactly what I needed. Had a water leak first week, land lord sorted it the next morning, no arguments, no blame. Just sorted. Eventually handed in my notice, quick inspection, everyone happy, full deposit returned. No fights, no arguments. Alex stayed in touch regularly. Honestly couldn't believe the experience. I wish landlords could get reviews too because who ever he was did everything expected of one. So impressed and a really great experience. Thank you White's, and thank you Alex.

We have rented our property for almost seven years. All the way through their service was exceptionally good. They have been very professional about dealing with our queries. All the repair request are mostly dealt immediately. I strongly recommend you to use their service.

We rented a property from Whites for 8 years, and during that time they have been professional, approachable and proactive. Despite our landlord living abroad, any issues we had were dealt with as quickly as they could be. We've just moved out, and as stressful as that whole process is, Whites have been respectful and provided us with excellent communication and advice throughout. We even came away with 100% of our deposit and in 20+ years of renting...thats a new experience for us! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the opportunity arose.

Where do I start, the agents have been nothing but helpful, we were in a bind in December where we only had two weeks to move out of our old property, due to the landlord selling the house. We contacted Whites and within two days had a house view put in place, they made the rent contract process so easy and even went as far as assisting us by allowing us to bring out move in date forward, each minor repair that was required before us moving in, was either completed by our move in date or immediately sorted out on a date that was convenient to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly & helpful agency. :
