I live next door. This place is tiny, has a rubbish selection, and is literally grungy. Most Sainsburys stores are nice, but this one is disgusting. If I were the President of Sainsburys I would close it immediately out of sheer embarassment. I only ever shop at the Tesco just west on Tooley Street for this reason. Or I order groceries in from Ocado.

Not the best Sainabury location; poorly stocked and overpriced. More of an express location than a local. Better bet would be the Tesco down the road.

Hands down.. without doubt.. undeniably.. no contest.. THE WORST SUPERMARKET IN SE1 * I know what you are thinking and yes.. this does include the Costcutter on Tooley Street!
