Good shop with a decent selection and late hours. You could live out of the store, pretty much. The prices can be beat by other local establishments, buy as a Dover Street resident, the convenience of location is unbeatable. It is mostly self scan checkouts, which is fine, but when there are problems with the system you can find yourself waiting quite a bit.

Poor quality and extremely unpolite staff, closing before 11pm

Staff are extremely hands-off (read: disinterested) and it's rare to have someone manning the tills so go straight for the self service unless you need something from the kiosk or you're buying age-restricted items. Selection is quite limited, but good enough if you're popping in for essentials. Cash machine outside is the best feature!

Decent selection of food..not so good with toileteries. Helpful staff though tills are always empty.
