Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I rang to check if they had UPS envelopes. After them picking up and hanging up 5 times I spoke to a man who confirmed they had envelopes. When I asked if they were UPS ones he shouted down the phone "I told you we have envelopes" and then hung up.
