It is very good shop. It has very good desserts. There is pleasant staff. food is fine.Parking is free.

Huge shop with great selection. Slightly more expensive than some competitors. Cheap fuel station right nearby and cash machines for convenience.

I think since Merry Hill has shut this store is going downhill more and more. The shop is dirty as well as some staff looking a mess, staff not wanting to do they job, moaning about customers or staff they work with in front of customers, a lot of out of date food, hardly any stock on the shelves, the staff never look happy, staff always standing around talking and not getting on with they jobs. Cages left that you can’t move round as staff are stood talking and the atmosphere puts you off wanting to shop in store. I think the best thing for the store is to close and start again.

I like sainsbury's only tend to go tho when got to pk up a perscription then will have a browse and cup of coffee plus it is a pleasant walk back as i don't drive
