Love Waitrose Stourbridge, friendly staff and it's not a pain to shop in like some other supermarkets. Good quality food and goods, not as pricey as some think and bargains are there to be had!

Shop here 3 times a week and the manager knows me yet no way would he let me have a free coffee without my waitrose card that I did not have with me.
It has gone down hill over the last 12 ths with many of the items I used to buy no longer stocked! SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT BOYCOTTING THE STORE WITH HIS ATTITUDE.

Small Waitrose, don't carry the usual wide choice of products. No fresh bakery, however there is a good butcher and deli counter. Despite the store size, the staff are helpful and efficient.
