Customer service at its worst at this TESCO. Member of staff at the Customer Service counter couldn't be bothered to check if Tesco have stock of an item and clearly just made up a very week reason not to check! Really unbelievable for Tesco who pride themselves on excellent customer service. Will not return tk this store. They lost out on a £300 sale. I wonder how many other sales they loose on average? I bet it runs in to thousands. The member of staff at the customer service counter on Friday Evening at around 6.30pm really needs training on how to deal effectively with enquiries that could result in securing a sale regardless of the value. Manager at this store needs to retrain some of the staff in customer services

A few of the items I required were out of stock. Bare shelves. They have changed the fresh bake area and no longer label the buns individullay so it is not clear sometimes what you are buying unless you stand reading the shelf labels. I like my shopping expidition to be stress free, this is not the case this time.
