Merry hill store. Time 12.40. Wednesday 7th February. The attitude of one of the runners was awful. Huffing and puffing because she had to check a price. The second time she asked me to show her where something was I couldn't because of my mobility she said, I'll look myself then, in a attitude. When I told the cashier that I shouldn't be spoken to or treated like that the cashier said she was under pressure. I told her that's no excuse and I was going to report the runner to customer service. She told me not to bother as nothing will be done. The runner is a short ,plump woman with long dark wavy hair. She needs retraining in customer care.
I bought a mobile for elderly person difficult to insert sim card I went to this Asda customer service counter the woman with grey hair and brown eye brows butch English woman was very rude pointing finger at me and shouting when I asked for help , she was sarcastic infront of other customers telling me asda sells beans but she don't know how they made .nAbsolutely rude and loud intimidating large woman as the phone is bought from Asda she refused to help as the Bimbo doesn't know how to speak to customer I don't understand how she's got the job in customer service department I would fire her immediately
Terrible! Went to Customer desk with a newspaper, there was only one customer in front of us. 3 people behind the desk, the queue was growing, but the other 2 would not serve. We must of stood there 15 minutes, to pay for a paper, which took seconds. They need to put customers first, and serve them!!!
Appalling check-out arrangements. Avoid this store like the plague. Staff unhelpful..nMr Walters More ... Why do I feel this way about Asda Dudley . . . There are no check out tills open. Your options are queue up at the cigarette/alcohol/lottery counter. The alternative is to look for the machine that will accept your method of payment in:- card only or cash and card. Not easy to identify these because notices are sporting Christmas trimmings! Once again queues here. By the time you pay and get out, you feel stressed out. No wonder Lidl and Aldi are becoming more and more popular. Most supermarkets could take lessons from these supermarkets - they are organised. Check-out is smooth in them. Manager of Asda 'do something positive' for unhappy customers.
Asda Merry Hill Customer Services = “UNhappy to help”nRefused refund on click & collect item because self-service machine was out of order.nMy 85 year old Aunt tried to buy an item to be told to go back & find one with a barcode, whilst two members of staff stood there manning customer service desk.
