Many of the staff are helpful but some can be very rude. Store manager Laura was verging on being aggressive towards me and my partner when we dared to question why a shop assistant had given us incorrect information about produce she was pricing. Laura’s attitude was “the customer is always wrong” even when the assistant was wrong and should go away and stop being a nuisance!

Great place for shopping ranging from household grocery items to outdoor gardening.nnSainsbury’s is probably the largest and most exquisite place for the average family and singles as well.nnSeveral other businesses are located within including Argos, FnF.nnThe service from the staff is top notch as well.
rubbish store, every very expensive, staff look down at you and think that there better then you because they work at Sainsburys. I guess they couldn't get jobs at Waitrose so they got jobs here where they have a superiority complex regarding there customers, if you go here in the morning your be hard pressed to get a staff member on a till or at all. and if you do manage to get near one which is rarer then hens teeth in this store then they can be so slow at a snails pace. or if you go to the self checkouts you can be left standing with you're products waiting for a age for a staff member to even show face. pretty poor in my honest opinion.
Shocking Supermarket There is always something wrong with Their food And drink theres always Bits on everything And random Red dots on The ice Cream and there is always a 100 precent speckle on the back of the milk cartons and I dont like that the custard is next to the rice pouding and the milk shakes are next to a shelf food on the other side of them and theres crumbs on the floor they need to make sure theres no bits on the milk because every time theres bits on the milk i starve until night time because i wont use a fridge so i have to go back to buy milk at night and sometimes theres bits on that and today there was A large dot on the side of the milk this shop has no hygene its very discuting and bad
