I know you don’t have to provide toilets. But - today my kid trying to hold it in for 10 minutes while your first staff member says you do, then the door is blocked, he says he’ll get it cleared, then second guy tells him it’s not for customers, but doesn’t tell us. Could be better communication, don’t you think? We could have got to Tesco while your staff chatted about it.
Noone working in the till. You have to do everything yourself. And as always, toilets are out of order.
