01 May: Shopping Experience.nnWorst worst worst shopping experience ever, firstly there was nobody at the cashier desk and we had to wait for someone to come over.nFinally when someone came over they were rash and were scanning and pushing through all our items very quickly, causing them to spill over the edge and fall onto the floor - he didn’t even apologies or acknowledge that he had done this nor did he even slow down afterwards but continued to push the items through quicker than we could pack up. Extremely unprofessional and negligent of him.
I guess the quieter the place the less the staff care to work or even interact with customer, they make you feel like you are bothering them by asking them for something thats actually their job to do. Terrible service.
Not as good as it used to be.nLosing ground against Aldi which seems to have more variety. Still better than the big four.
Wide variety of foods available including quality fresh fruits vegetables and meat/ sea food. The store is well organized and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
No kitten food, options are crap and I made it to the self checkout but can't even pay because there is no signal in the building. Waste of time.
